An extensive paper describes the development and organization of Athenian society from mythical beginnings to the democratic reform and constitutional establishment of the Athenian community in the second half of the 4th century BC. together with a detailed account of the bureaucracy and the judiciary. To understand the beginnings of democracy as a system of state administration, this work has an extraordinary cognitive value, enhanced by its authenticity. To this day, many scholars question Aristotle's true authorship of the Constitution, the discovery of which in 1890 and subsequent book editions in London caused a sensation and a chain reaction from translators. The work summarizes a lot of information about the history of ancient Athens and Greece, which ranks them among the most important references of ancient literature.en_US
